📋 Description Own end-to-end solution design for enterprise accounts from scoping to go-live. Design integration architectures linking interface.ai to core banking and telephony systems. Serve as primary technical POC and escalation owner through go-live and beyond. Deliver architecture blueprints and integration specs before handoff; translate designs into diagrams. Act as escalation owner for production integration issues; diagnose and resolve; communicate status. Build reusable reference architectures and runbooks for core banking and telephony. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent production experience. 6–12 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech; 3–5 years in SA/principal architect. Progressed from hands-on engineering to architecture; delivered production integrations. Direct integration experience with core banking platforms (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Corelation). Telephony/CCaaS integration fluency (SIP trunking, IVR, voice AI, PSTN).
