📋 Description Support delivery of ~350 early careers hires within timelines. Assist planning and delivering attraction events across the UK. Screen applications and conduct digital interviews. Coordinate virtual and in-person assessment centres. Manage candidate queries throughout recruitment lifecycle. Deliver candidate offer calls and feedback discussions. 🎯 Requirements BPSS clearance required. UK passport holder required. Some experience in Talent Acquisition with interest in early careers. Experience supporting high-volume recruitment desirable. Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
