📋 Description Manage artist assignments and production requirements end-to-end Break down shots and VFX requirements precisely Organize dailies, rounds, meetings and tasks Update data, shot statuses, notes in Shotgrid timely Maintain schedules and milestones; communicate changes Oversee client deliveries and postings of temps/finals 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of Shotgrid (project software) Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Proven project management experience in fast-paced env Ability to liaise and collaborate with artists, producers and clients Extremely organized; anticipate production problems
