Agile Business Analyst: Compliance

📋 Description Gather and document business & regulatory requirements from stakeholders. Translate compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs. Define and refine compliance screening, including sanctions checks, PEP, and adverse media. Support integrations with external verification platforms and third-party systems. Establish and maintain business rules for transaction limits, controls, and risk management. Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related. Experience as a Business Analyst in fintech/financial services/compliance. Knowledge/exposure to AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Agile delivery practices. Understanding of API integrations and third-party platforms.
