📋 Description Analyze business domains, processes, and systems to identify improvements. Define, document, and validate business functions, workflows, and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs. Assess feasibility of new systems and tech solutions, aligning with user needs. Create use cases, procedures, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences. Lead or support business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst. 3+ years documenting business process reengineering or improvements. 2+ years writing detailed use cases. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with government/enterprise transformation is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote position available within Canada. Full-time schedule of 36.25 hours per week. 12-month contract opportunity with potential extension. CAD 61,000 to 70,000 CAD annually, depending on experience.
