Test Assurance Lead

📋 Description Provide QA oversight for the Contact Centre migration programme. Review vendor test strategies, plans, and coverage. Ensure regression, integration, UAT, DR, and end-to-end testing. Assess testing risks, coverage gaps, and programme readiness. Establish test entry/exit criteria and sign-off standards. Collaborate with business, technical teams and vendors. 🎯 Requirements Proven Test Assurance leadership in complex programmes. Experience governing vendor-led testing strategies. Strong knowledge of regression, integration, UAT, and DR testing. Define quality gates and traceability matrices. Defect governance, risk assessments, escalation and reporting.
