Global Category Manager – Packaging & Process Equipment

📋 Description Own and execute the global category strategy for long-term manufacturing and supply chain goals. Lead commercial strategies for major global CAPEX investments and framework agreements. Influence executive stakeholders on investment decisions, supplier strategy and roadmaps. Build executive partnerships with strategic OEMs and lead Executive Business Reviews. Drive supplier innovation, equipment standardization and global manufacturing competitiveness. Deliver multi-year value through cost optimization, innovation, sustainability and risk reduction. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related technical discipline. 10+ years in technical procurement, engineering, manufacturing or CAPEX sourcing. Experience leading global sourcing strategies and multi-million euro projects. Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience with global OEMs in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods or Pharma.
