📋 Description Lead retrospective cohort studies using real-world data (claims, EHR, SDOH). Develop research proposals, study protocols, and analyses with cross-functional teams. Serve as HEOR SME, guiding research initiatives and business opportunities. Analyze findings; interpret results; oversee reports and presentations. Manage multiple research projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate project teams, define resources, track progress, remove barriers. Build relationships with clients; identify opportunities for new engagements. Provide consulting to translate healthcare data into actionable insights. Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in HEOR, pharmacoeconomics, or related field. Minimum 7 years in healthcare with HEOR, observational research, and real-world data. At least 3 years managing complex projects, incl. planning, budgeting, timelines. Strong consulting, client engagement, translating research into business recommendations. Experience evaluating outcomes and presenting insights in reports and exec presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences. Strong PM, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SharePoint preferred. IRB processes experience is a plus. Highly collaborative; build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $149,100–$180,000 USD.
