Associate Director, Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships

📋 Description Provide leadership and mentoring to feasibility and vendor teams. Develop strategic feasibility by analyzing protocols, site capabilities, and data. Conduct feasibility assessments to identify sites, vendors, and resources. Translate feasibility insights into actionable recommendations for planning and resources. Manage vendor relationships, performance tracking, and governance. Partner with BD, Finance, Ops, Legal to align strategies with goals. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in clinical operations, feasibility, and vendor management. Strong understanding of clinical protocols, GCP, and activation workflows. Experience with sponsors, CROs, site networks, and investigators.
