📋 Description Lead lab operations to meet budget and maintain positive margin. Build customer relationships and drive sales growth with Eurofins team. Foster a proactive Health & Safety culture; ensure EH&S procedures are followed. Work with QA to implement SOPs and produce defensible data. Manage staffing, mentor key employees, and align HR policies with operations. Coordinate with IT, PMs, and CS to forecast receipts and ensure on-time delivery; travel. 🎯 Requirements BS in a science-related field, preferred. 5 years management experience. 5 years analytical experience or related technical knowledge. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
