Associate, Fleet Operations (Autonomous Vehicles)

📋 Description Oversee site coordinators, in-vehicle safety drivers, and field operators. Manage driver/operator scheduling, shift assignments, and timekeeping. Coordinate with safety supervisors to keep vehicles safe and ready. Link operations with product/engineering; provide actionable feedback. Manage on-site depot operations: parking, charging, staging for missions. Track KPIs; monitor safety and uptime, identify trends. 🎯 Requirements Diploma or Degree holders. 2+ years in operations, fleet management or depot ops. Technical knowledge or direct experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments. Strong coordination and people management; ability to manage shift-based teams.
