Change, Configuration & Release Analyst

📋 Description Hybrid role based in Hartlepool, UK. Manage lifecycle of changes to IT systems (planned to emergency). Assess risks and coordinate stakeholders for changes. Ensure smooth implementation with best practices. Review and validate change requests and impact assessments. Host and document change-related calls. 🎯 Requirements Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis desirable). Eligible for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3. Experience in Release and/or Change analysis; evaluate scope, risk and impact. Knowledge of ITIL methodology and Service Delivery processes.
