📋 Description Act as main contact for Reference Data Operations with client services. Lead operational design and delivery of client offerings. Monitor quality and Right First Time delivery to improve client satisfaction. Manage and coach a team of Data Operations Analysts. Collaborate with other Operations leads to deliver client projects. Proactively communicate delays or risks to clients based on Ops input. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years experience in operations and team handling. Proven leadership to manage teams and projects, identify talent and engage. Strong communication skills to convey requirements to stakeholders. Proven organizational skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
