📋 Description Generate and maintain an 18-24 month phased demand forecast across the portfolio. Lead monthly Demand Review pre-alignment; secure forecast approvals. Analyze shipments, POS, market share, cannibalization, and other signals. Communicate demand changes to supply planning; manage service/inventory impacts. Partner with Sales & Marketing to assess promo impact; quantify uplift; track FVA.
