📋 Description Represent the program in your county at schools, events and community groups. Lead outreach events, info sessions, tabling, and fairs. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, and local businesses. Guide applicants through early enrollment steps and requirements. Hybrid position with fieldwork, online work, and remote time. Support monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred). Experience in outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields. Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry. Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and time management. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
