📋 Description Lead work to strengthen teaching and learning across KIPP Texas schools. Serve as content and curriculum expert in assigned grade band and subject area. Ensure fidelity of adopted curricula (Amplify Texas, ELAR Texas, HMH Into Literature). Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders. Provide job-embedded coaching to teachers and instructional leaders. Use data-driven progress monitoring to advance instruction and outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor s degree; Master s preferred. Minimum 3 years as assistant principal, school leader, or instructional coach. Proven results driving instructional growth. Deep knowledge of content and pedagogy in a math area (K-5, 6-8, or 9-12). Preference for Bluebonnet Math TEKS Edition or Carnegie Math experience.
