Work with PMs and engineers from research to shipped feature. Use AI tools to prototype and test rapidly. Conduct and synthesize user research to understand customer struggles. Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products. Generalist mindset: UX research, interaction design, and visual craft. Use AI tools in daily workflow for exploration, variants, and synthesis. Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics to prototype in browser. Strong communication to present decisions and handle feedback.
