📋 Description Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts to verify specs. Train and mentor new inspectors; handle complex inspections. Conduct First Article inspections to qualify tooling and new parts. Set up fixturing and operate Zeiss CMM; Calypso; multi-CMM. Use optical comparators and vision systems for advanced inspections. Record results in 1Factory; release plans; create history; SAP reports. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma; A.S. Engineering degree preferred. 3-5 years related experience or training. Deep understanding of inspection techniques and metrology. Zeiss CMM certification; SAP knowledge for lot processing. MS Office proficiency; SME in inspection tools and GD&T.
