📋 Description Manages a caseload of participants and provides counseling and mentoring. Assesses competencies, work history, education, skills; identifies barriers. Conducts regular one-on-one meetings for job search, education, readiness. Develops an employment plan with short- and long-term goals. Maintains participant files and tracks employment retention. Provides job search assistance and referrals at each meeting. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of case management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Familiarity with local communities, needs, and resources. 1-3 years’ experience in workforce development preferred. Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance. 🎁 Benefits Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; overtime may be required. Up to 50% travel as needed. Flexible hours where possible.
