📋 Description Inspect and maintain plant systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds. Lead safety and environmental compliance; implement corrective actions. Direct engineering staff on projects related to plant systems and equipment. Prepare estimates and specifications for plant projects within budget. Supervise training and oversee the plant apprenticeship program. Ensure efficiency and high standards in plant operations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years post-bachelor experience in glass manufacturing roles. Experience with technical estimates and project management for equipment/process changes. Preventive maintenance inspections and root cause analysis for safety incidents. Designing, programming, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical control systems.
