📋 Description Perform HVAC maintenance and repair, including preventive work and refrigerant handling. Carry out plumbing and electrical repairs: water pipes, insulation, appliances. Follow OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME, NEC safety standards. Complete work orders and preventive maintenance accurately and on time. Support general maintenance tasks: pest control, minor repairs, cleaning. Collaborate with managers to keep systems running and minimize downtime. 🎯 Requirements Academic training in refrigeration, electricity, or plumbing. Valid HVAC/refrigeration license and assoc membership. Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Four years' experience with refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems. Proficiency with CMMS for work orders and inventory. Knowledge of energy management and energy-efficient maintenance.
