Technical Analyst

📋 Description Use knowledge of systems and data analysis to plan and lead work streams with small teams Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach Translate business requirements into solution design Lead business process current state discovery sessions and gather workflows Monitor multiple proprietary systems and trace alerts to troubleshoot configuration Submit API requests using tools such as Postman 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years as Systems/Data/Technical Analyst in enterprise environments Experience in SQL, comfortable writing queries Observability tools (DataDog or equivalent) with error tracing Self-starter with ownership mindset; able to work independently Operational/production support experience; triage and resolve issues Bachelor’s degree; master’s or certifications are bonuses
