📋 Description Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country. Manage vendor escalations, monitor performance, and actions. Create and improve SOPs, user guides, and knowledge-base content. Collaborate with GTS teams to resolve end-user issues. Support asset management, automation, reporting, and AI tools. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in IT operations, service desk, or related field. Able to manage operational tasks and projects end-to-end. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder mgmt. Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint tools. Familiar with Google Workspace, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
