📋 Description Lead the College & Career Department at a KIPP HS. Coach instructors through curriculum assessment and progress checks. Track student college and career data and drive improvements. Develop college and career programming and student exposure. Collaborate with KIPP Forward and external partners. Foster inclusive, growth-minded team culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution. Master's degree preferred. Experience with high school college counseling preferred. Experience leading high-performance, diverse teams. Data-driven decision making is essential. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
