📋 Description Own the full design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes. Translate complex needs into intuitive, functional UIs. Work with founders, product managers, and engineers on vision and execution. Establish and own Lance’s design system across platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions. Collaborate with engineering for pixel-perfect front-end implementation. 🎯 Requirements Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and product thinking (required). Experience in product design for complex B2B SaaS or enterprise apps. Proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). Strong user-centered design principles. High ownership and bias for action; fast execution. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React is a plus.
