Warehouse Shift Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations with volunteers. Supervise a large team of volunteers and ensure key tasks are completed. Work with Warehouse Manager to plan shifts and meet operational needs. Manage FareShare Southern Central office and respond to emails and calls. Organise food distribution using FareShare food management systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulators. 🎯 Requirements Commitment to gain intermediate certificate in food hygiene (essential). Full Driving Licence (essential). Supervising/managing staff and/or volunteers (essential). Warehousing operation and food distribution experience (essential). MS Office and bespoke software proficiency (essential).
