📋 Description Deliver standards-aligned instruction using HQIM. Plan/adapt units and lessons; script questions and exemplars. Use data to drive instruction; analyze daily work and assessments. Differentiate with IEP/504 accommodations; coordinate with DSS/ESL. Structure practice with independent work, small groups, centers.
