📋 Description Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team; drive quality excellence. Streamline QA processes; remove redundancies; boost efficiency and compliance. Design, implement, and standardize QA systems and documentation. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Studio to embed QA. Oversee root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement. Monitor QA metrics; share insights with leadership; support audits. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years QA experience; at least 3 years in leadership; full lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years QA in CPG, toy and game, or food/beverage manufacturing. Proven experience leading teams and implementing process improvements in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMPs and quality management systems (QMS).
