📋 Description Assist teachers with instructional activities and small group interventions. Support literacy and math reinforcement for students. Monitor student progress and assist with assessment administration. Prepare instructional materials, learning aids, and resources. Serve as first-level substitute coverage for assigned grade level or subject. Support arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess duties. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent with valid paraprofessional certification. Or an associate's degree in lieu of certification. Or at least 60 college credits in lieu of certification. Commitment to racial and educational equity for all students. Pass background check and Florida Care Provider Screening.
