📋 Description Plan, implement, and reflect on instruction with IEP-aligned accommodations. Collaborate with grade-level teams, co-teachers, interventionists, and principals. Differentiate instruction with accommodations to meet diverse student needs. Write, implement, and monitor IEPs with related service providers and families. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture and support school-wide policies. Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues; engage families through open communication. 🎯 Requirements Maryland State Teacher Certification in Special Education or eligibility. Eligible for hire by Baltimore City Public Schools. Two years of public school teaching experience (special ed preferred). Passion for working with students from historically resilient communities. Experience teaching in a predominantly African American environment (preferred).
