📋 Description Lead Special Education, 504, MTSS across schools. Ensure compliance with IDEA, 504, ADA, FERPA, and state policies. Monitor IEPs, timelines, eligibility, and service delivery. Coach ESE leads, learning specialists, and related staff. Develop systems promoting inclusive practices and equitable access. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Valid state ESE/Special Education certification. 3–5 years in special education. Experience leading school or district-level special education programs.
