📋 Description Lead SPED programs across KIPP Texas and behavioral supports. Oversee service delivery, staffing, and program effectiveness. Develop and monitor FBAs, BIPs, crisis response, and mental health collaboration. Align IEPs with curriculum, standards, and progress monitoring. Lead network-wide behavioral data systems and compliance. Coach SPED specialists; collaborate with families and Lead Professional Counselor. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree required. EC312 Special Education Certification required. BCBA preferred. 3-5 years leadership in school admin/sped/behavior with results. Experience overseeing SPED programs, behavior systems, and intensive needs. Experience developing and implementing federal/state/local SPED regulations.
