📋 Description Design and implement gym environments for manipulation tasks across industry, service, and home. Define observation spaces, action spaces, and reward functions. Address reward hacking and iteratively improve reward design. Reduce sim-to-real gap by tuning physics and validating against real data. Integrate high-quality 3D assets from vendors for physics-based simulation. Maximize training throughput by reducing simulation bottlenecks. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years building simulation environments or game engines. Experience with physics simulators (Isaac Sim/IsaacLab, MuJoCo, PyBullet) or Unreal/Unity. Experience running large-scale parallel simulation on GPU clusters. Strong Python; profile bottlenecks, debug physics, and write maintainable code. Familiarity with modern software engineering practices. Document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs.
