📋 Description Plan, develop, implement, oversee, and integrate the Center’s Safety Program. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOL, Job Corps, and internal policies. Lead safety program administration and awareness campaigns. Conduct safety inspections of Center facilities and off-site locations. Investigate accidents and report findings with corrective actions. Provide training on hazard prevention and regulatory compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field; equivalent experience. 2+ years in occupational safety/health or OSHA compliance. CPR/First Aid certification required. Puerto Rico Driver’s License, Category 4. Puerto Rico Act 300 certification required. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
