📋 Description Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts. Own analytics roadmap for commercial, sales, and GTM; prioritize work and ensure delivery. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate needs into KPIs and reporting. Oversee dashboards, models, data solutions on Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools. Drive data quality and governance with data engineering and BI teams. Foster cross-functional collaboration to embed analytics in key decisions. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data/analytics; 2–3 years in people leadership. Bachelor’s or Master’s in analytics, data science, economics, or related field. Strong SQL and Snowflake, dbt, ETL experience. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Proven track record leading and growing analytics talent.
