📋 Description Lead furnace and batch house ops including environmental controls and maintenance. Manage department labor, equipment, maintenance and budgets. Partner with Production and Quality to improve quality and efficiency in glass production. Supervise salary and hourly personnel in batch and furnace operations. Manage incoming raw materials and glass formulas. 🎯 Requirements Glass furnace operations and large-scale glass melting experience required. Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills at all levels. Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Materials Science or related Engineering field preferred.
