Data Transfer Team Lead

📋 Description Supervise, coach, and motivate the data migration development team to meet quality and performance goals. Plan workload based on deployment priorities and client timelines. Act as a technical mentor to junior and intermediate developers to accelerate growth. Participate in recruitment processes and conduct performance evaluations. Oversee architecture of migration scripts and ETL engines for reliability and performance. Lead analysis and execution of complex data migrations; enforce quality standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5 to 7 years of development experience, with a strong focus on data integration (ETL) or database management. Previous experience in team management, project coordination, or technical mentorship (strong asset). Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, query optimization, complex data analysis). Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET environment.
