Material Handler Lead

📋 Description Lead warehouse areas to meet safety, quality, and performance goals. Oversee receiving, put-away, SMKT, replenishment, MT. Manage sales orders, packout, and internal transfers. Monitor team performance, coach, and escalate issues. Prepare daily reports and weekly KPI reviews. Support Lean initiatives and process improvements. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years material handling or 2+ years ISI warehouse exp. Proficient in Agile, SAP, MS Office, PowerPoint. Proficient in training/mentoring others. Inventory control experience (cycle counts, physical inventories) preferred.
