Service Delivery Manager – Offshore

📋 Description SPOC for MSP and customer; drives service delivery from kickoff to live. Coordinate daily activities of PSCs and Accelerate teams globally. Combine technical and business skills to map customer objectives to Nexthink features. Drive the Service Delivery Strategy and governance with stakeholders. Lead regular governance calls and quarterly business reviews. Identify automation opportunities and plan custom content with the backend teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. 8-10 years in technical consulting, analytics, and automation. Consulting-based approach with strong project management skills. Knowledge of Nexthink or similar DEM products a plus. Flexible to work UK/US shifts.
