📋 Description Manage Fnatic Core creators roster globally and Crew ops; be primary contact Execute paid creator activations with partners; coordinate briefs, deliverables and deadlines Track delivery status, flag risks early; ensure contracts, disclosures, brand guidelines Ensure all always-on talent obligations (branding, panels, overlays, disclosures) Engage with Crew in Discord; be the face of the community daily Own the Crew talent lifecycle: onboarding > activation > performance review > retention/off-boarding 🎯 Requirements Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnerships Great people skills; manage expectations with talent and remain calm under pressure Strong organisational and communication skills Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics Strong understanding of Twitch, YouTube, and short-form content platforms Initiative and comfort dealing with ambiguity 🎁 Benefits Inclusive workforce; diverse voices drive better outcomes Who you are won't affect our selection We support reasonable adjustments in recruitment
