📋 Description DRI the security program across AppSec, cloud, IAM, and incident response. Scale security programs with RIAs, broker-dealers, and bank security teams. Own compliance and regulatory posture, SOC 2 and regulatory baselines. Be the calm in incidents: lead the room, decide, inform clients, postmortems. 🎯 Requirements Deep technical skills: read code, reason about AWS, Kubernetes, threat modeling, and tooling. Experience running security programs at fintech or trading firms. Confident with senior client security reviews; clear enterprise approvals. 0-to-1 leadership; start as a senior IC.
