Sr. Manager Trade Compliance

📋 Description Develop, implement, and manage regional trade compliance policies for import/export. Supervise import/export transactions and documentation to minimize delays and costs. Oversee daily import/export clearance operations; monitor broker performance. Ensure compliance with preferential and non-preferential trade and origin rules. Maintain data integrity for tariff classification, country of origin, and regs. Develop audit programs to ensure accuracy in shipping documents and customs declarations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in Trade Compliance; Licensed Customs Broker. Strong knowledge of global trade compliance principles (valuation, origin, HTS). APAC regulations including AEO and IPR. Experience leading trade operations and programs; risk management. Analytical, change management, and gap analysis. Proficient with MS Office, ERP, databases, and ACE.
