📋 Description Develop sourcing strategies for mechanical drone components and tooling. Manage supplier development; onboard new suppliers, improve existing ones. Create roadmaps; liaise with engineering on NPIs and sustaining projects. Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs; oversee awards and terms. Lead price negotiations; analyze spend; forecast consumption. Partner with finance on monthly close and tooling investments. 🎯 Requirements Flexible to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Detail-oriented, team-focused, eager to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional. Experience with mechanical surface treatments and coatings. Experience with ESI, supplier contracts (MSA/SOW/NDA).
