📋 Description Design, implement, and sustain material flow processes for production. Develop and maintain PFEP to optimize storage, transport, and replenishment. Analyze layouts to optimize material movement, ergonomics, and space. Establish min/max inventory, Kanban, and replenishment strategies. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams. Support cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy. 🎯 Requirements Experience building material flow systems in manufacturing. PFEP development and maintenance expertise. Facility and warehouse layouts and point-of-use delivery design. Inventory management: min/max, Kanban, safety stock, replenishment.
