Associate - Financial Analyst

📋 Description Work with Senior Business Partner to provide timely, accurate financial information for P&L owners. Manage accounting ops: journal entries, reconciliations. Own month-end closing, variance analysis, and P&L finalization. Prepare financial reports and KPI trend analysis. Assist in planning, budgeting and forecasting. Update headcount data and BU reporting. Prepare business review packs and billing analyses. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting. 🎯 Requirements 0-3 years of software industry experience Independent with strong analytical skills Good accounting experience Excel: VLOOKUP and pivot tables SAP and TM1 experience is a plus Strong communication skills
