📋 Description Allocate orders and release work to the floor. Balance workflow and prioritize waves to cycle times. Monitor waves through pick, QA, VAS, Replen, Pack, Ship. Communicate with Supervisors and Managers about delays. Create dashboard reports on wave cycle times and SLA.
