📋 Description Own and maintain the release calendar for online and platform products Define release gates and readiness checklists with leads Track feature completion, QA sign-off, and milestone approvals Communicate release schedules clearly across the organization Serve as central coordination point for product, eng, design, QA Lead release ceremonies and post-launch retrospectives 🎯 Requirements 3–7+ years in release management, production coordination, or PM Own release calendar across multiple workstreams Strong cross-functional coordination with engineers, designers, stakeholders Agile/Scrum experience; facilitate sprint ceremonies or release reviews Jira, Asana, Monday proficiency (or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication; identify risks early
