📋 Description Core AI builds models, agents, and training systems for physics. Set the roadmap and own the AI research portfolio to improve PSI's physics AI. Own training and evaluation infrastructure; ensure trusted results. Stay technical; act as a player-coach performing hands-on work and code reviews. Partner with Applied AI and Engineering to turn Core AI work into products. Hire and develop world-class talent and raise the bar as Core AI grows. 🎯 Requirements Track record leading AI research teams that shipped into production or field-recognized results. At least three years of direct people management experience. Deep technical fluency in modern ML: reinforcement learning, agentic systems, large-scale training. Publications at top ML venues or AI research artifacts adopted by the community. AI research judgment under commercial constraints.
