📋 Description Support healthcare compliance and QA activities across the state Monitor required healthcare documentation and QA reporting Identify compliance risks and trends Serve as SME to program leadership on healthcare/regulatory processes Support QA initiatives, investigations, and corrective-action planning Aid with surveys, audits, and data collection 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED 3+ years in healthcare QA, regulatory compliance, case management, or IDD service delivery Bachelor's degree preferred Strong decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication Ability to interpret regulations, policies, and procedures and apply them consistently 🎁 Benefits Monday - Friday with 40 hours per week Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance for eligible employees Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with up to 3% employer match after one year PTO for eligible employees Growth and Development Opportunities
