📋 Description Own end-to-end docs for Litmus AI/ML capabilities across Litmus Edge Translate AI/ML and industrial-IoT concepts into clear content Design AI-assisted documentation workflows: drafting, checks, docs-as-code pipelines Partner with product managers and ML/data engineers to document model behavior, APIs, and configuration before and at release Set authoring standards and prompt guidelines for the writing team, and mentor other writers on adoption Maintain information architecture across the help center, in-product help, API reference, and release notes 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of technical writing, ideally in B2B/IoT software Experience documenting AI/ML or data-driven features Hands-on AI writing tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to draft, edit, or QA docs Docs-as-code: Markdown, Git, static site generators Strong ability to interview engineers/PMs and write independently Portfolio showing technical depth and clarity of writing
